Flat tires are very inconvenient. While there is little you can do to prevent a flat tire, you can help minimize the hassle and any damage to your tire by being prepared. Make sure you talk to one of our highly experienced staff, if you have any questions.
We hope that you never excperience a flat tire but if you do here are some important facts to keep in mind.

• NEVER PLUG a flat tire with an outside in repair.
  
• ALWAYS have a flat tire dismounted, Inspected and PATCHED from the inside.
  
• DO NOT use flat repair in the can products.
  

These products use harsh chemicals to attempt to seal a leak. These chemicals often cause more problems and can damage  tire and wheel components such as the expensive Tire Pressure Monitoring System Valve Stems

• Install your spare tire or have your car towed to us for service.

The proper way to deal with a flat tire is to install your spare tire and then have the flat tire properly inspected and repaired.. Refer to your vehicle owners manual for specific instructions detailing how to install the spare tire for your car. On some cars. the spare tire,  the jack, and the lug wrench, can be difficult to operate or get to. In these cases we recommend that you have the car towed in to us for service. Just give us a call and we will send a tow truck after you. Check with your automobile insurance company or your auto club provider for assistance with the tow bill.

How To Get A Flat Tire Properly Repaired.

A flat tire can be repaired provided it is first disassembled from the wheel and throughly inspected. The tire MUST pass the inspection before it can be repaired. A tire can be repaired.IF....

• The tire was NOT driven on while low on air pressure
• The puncture is located in the tread section of the tire
• The puncture is not larger thatn 1/4 of an inch 

Once the tire has passed the inspection process, it can be repaired by installing a patch on the inside. It is important  to note that plugging a tire from the outside is NOT a safe or proper tire repair. Plugging a tire can lead to tire failure,
